Uma das características importantes de um gerente é ter uma boa capacidade de fazer com que os seus subordinados executem as tarefas que lhes são delegados. Para estar seguro de que o(s) empregado(s) farão a tarefa que se lhes pede é extremamente importante comunicar de uma forma clara, direta e detalhada tanto a tarefa quanto o resultado que se espera da pessoa. Desta maneira, pode-se pensar no mesmo tratamento que se dá a uma criança quando se está explicando algo, você deve falar detalhe por detalhe para a mesma entenda o assunto ou você. Agora retornando ao empregado, quando terminares de explicar o trabalho peça para o empregado repetir o que ele entendeu do que você falou e, se existir alguma diferença, explique novamenta ao funcionário. Este procedimento tem vários benefícios como em primeiro lugar um feedback direto sobre o teu processo de comunicação. This procedure is very valuable because, firstly, it will provide you a right-the-way feedback about your communication skills, secondly, whenever the employee understands the task at first place you avoid rework caused by misunderstanding and finally, it can be used as an informal measurement tool.
